Denim Marketing is thrilled to announce three team members are returning to present a total of four sessions at the International Builders’ Show (IBS) February 8 – 10, 2022, in Orlando, Florida. Topics include brand messaging, ‘Buy Now’ buttons on home builder websites, social media ad targeting and selling new homes through Instagram.
Presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), IBS 2022 returns as an in-person event to connect, educate and improve the residential construction industry, serving as a hub for new product launches, construction demonstrations, industry thought leader sessions, workshops, panel discussions and more.
Denim Marketing President and Founder Carol Morgan is speaking at the show for the 16th consecutive year. A sought-after speaker on marketing and business practices, she is presenting the following sessions:
- Avoid Brand Schizophrenia: How to Keep Brand Messaging On-Track
- Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 8:45 to 9:15 a.m.
- Does Your Website Have a “Buy Now” Button?
- Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Is your brand creating confusion in buyers’ minds? Avoid Brand Schizophrenia is a Sales Central presentation highlighting the importance of checking in with brand messaging to ensure the target audience understands who the company is and what it sells. Attendees will learn how to keep their brand fresh and cohesive.
Morgan’s second presentation is a Building Knowledge session she is presenting with Greg Bray and Matthew Slutsky. The group dives into what home builders need to add to their websites to make “Buy Now” possible.
Senior Account Manager Courtney Stewart returns for the fourth year to present the following Tech Bytes Session:
- Audience Targeting & Data Privacy: Creating Effective Social Media Ads
- Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 4:15 to 4:45 p.m.
Is your company running Facebook and/or Instagram ads but unsure if they are reaching the appropriate target audience? Do ads frequently get denied with no clear reason why? Facebook has continually made it harder for advertisers to hone on their target audience and privacy changes, particularly since iOS14, have made understanding how to create effective ads even more confusing. In this Tech Bytes session, Stewart presents ways to ensure the Facebook and Instagram ad budget is being spent as effectively as possible. Discover how to create effective ads to reach the target audience and get the most bang for your buck. Topics include using the Facebook Pixel, special ad categories, creating audiences and more.
Lastly, Account Manager Mandy Holm returns for the fourth consecutive year to present the following Tech Bytes Session:
- Instagram: Selling New Homes Off the Grid
- Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 2:15 to 2:45 p.m.
Instagram has grown to be one of the most influential social media platforms in the world. With over 1 billion users, it’s now known to generate the highest engagement rates. However, the platform isn’t simply growing; it’s also evolving, and having a user-only knowledge is no longer enough. In this Tech Bytes session, Holm will share how to utilize the platform’s many available tools to sell homes. Attendees will learn about optimal content to create a cohesive grid view (and why that matters), the importance of unique interactions and responses to increase followers and engagements and the latest updates and tools from Instagram.
IBS 2022 will take place in-person at the Orange County Convention Center. This year marks the 78th anniversary of the world’s largest annual light construction show. Visit www.BuildersShow.com for complete details regarding exhibitors and education sessions.
