Denim Marketing is pleased to announce the promotion of Courtney Stewart to Vice President of Client Services. In this capacity, she will oversee the execution of client services related to marketing and social media with a focus on providing exceptional creative and high-level execution.

“Courtney has ben an integral member of our team for a decade. Her understanding of our core services and client expectations will help her to develop long-term client relationships and repeat customers while overseeing and training our internal team,” states Carol Morgan, founder and president of Denim Marketing.

Stewart’s dedication to the residential real estate industry is evident through her work at Denim Marketing where she leads several of the agency’s largest accounts. Additionally, her service to the industry includes serving in a myriad of capacities at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. At present, she is the incoming Chair of Professional Women in Building, a member of the Parade of Homes Committee and a member of the HBA’s Board of Directors. Previously she served as chair of the Young Professionals and completed the Emerging Leaders program. Stewart is a frequent speaker at HBAs and returns for the fifth year to present at the International Builders Show in 2023.

Stewart’s expertise includes budgeting, creating and managing advertising plans, creating strategic marketing plans and promotions, and writing content to increase client exposure. She develops and coordinates various campaigns for home builder and developer accounts while mentoring account managers and coordinators.

Stewart has an A.B. in Public Relations from the University of Georgia with a minor in communication studies. She resides in Acworth with her husband Blake and their dawg-ter Frisco.
