And, a big congratulation the entire team at Denim Marketing for their hard work, creativity and results oriented focus. As the industry leader in social media, it is exciting to continually create engaging campaigns that garner measurable results for our clients.”

Best Social Media Campaign – Builder/Developer – Gold
Denim Marketing received a Gold OBIE for its Hip 2 B Square promotion designed for Heatherland Homes to promote its two new walkable Marietta communities near the popular Marietta Square. In addition to raising general community awareness, the promotion also encouraged potential homebuyers to visit the community model homes, as well as enjoy a meal at one of two popular Marietta Square eateries. This allowed potential buyers to fully experience the lifestyle they’d enjoy if they chose to call Marvelle or Promenade at the Square home.

The multi-site/channel promotion was designed to find homebuyers wherever they may be by utilizing social media, email, retargeting those browsing other real estate-related websites and more. During the month of May, the campaign was promoted on all Heatherland Homes social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter, as well as the blog. The campaign was also promoted using traditional public relations, email marketing, digital advertising and social media advertising.

Hip 2 B Square gave buyers a full appliance package – a stainless steel side-by-side GE refrigerator and washer and dryer – with a binding contract.

The campaign was so successful, the builder chose to extend it for another month, adding in another nearby community!

Best Social Media Campaign – Associates Gold
Denim Marketing also won a Gold OBIE for its ‘P.S. Did you know?’ campaign designed to promote the benefits of living and working in the City of Powder Springs, while also introducing the city’s new branding. The campaign encouraged people familiar with the City to share their favorite things about Powder Springs to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using #PSContest.

During the 90-day contest, weekly $25 prizes, selected from local Powder Springs businesses, were awarded randomly to those who entered.

The campaign was initially promoted through a blog post on the City’s website, in addition to public relations efforts. Story placements included Marietta Daily Journal, Atlanta Daybook, West Cobb Patch, Atlanta Real Estate Forum, and Cobb County Topix.

Each month, a custom content calendar with custom campaign graphics was created for social media, the content was posted to each social media site, comments were tracked and winners were announced and contacted.

During the 90-day contest, there were a total of 390 eligible entries, with a total of 3,725 reactions, 897 comments and 373 shares.
