Denim Marketing is strutting through 2025 with some serious sparkle! We’re thrilled to share that we’ve snagged three Hermes Creative Awards — one platinum, one gold and one honorable mention. These wins celebrate our standout work in media relations, including a dynamic PR campaign and two top-notch online placements.

Platinum Hermes Award

Denim Marketing won a Platinum Hermes Creative Award in the public relations category for launching Mira Raleigh, a new luxury apartment community in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. Mira Raleigh was developed as a joint venture between Origin Investments, Spandrel Development Partners and Capital City Urban Development and features coveted views of downtown Raleigh and walkability to the business district. During the 90-day campaign, Denim Marketing worked with reporters and publications to secure 21 high-impact media placements in consumer and multifamily industry outlets. These placements boosted the community campaign locally and raised visibility for the Class A apartment community among target audiences.

Gold Hermes Award

Denim Marketing accepted a Gold Hermes award for a story in Urbanize Atlanta on Ronara, a new residential project by Monte Hewett and Kingdom Estates in downtown Alpharetta. Swanky ‘Ronara’ to Continue Downtown Alpharetta Densification highlights what consumers love about Ronara, such as walkability to restaurants and retail and side courtyards that encourage outdoor living. The story also highlights how residents will benefit from Georgia Department of Transportation’s reconstruction of North Main Street in Alpharetta, including new bike lanes, widened sidewalks, on-street parking, pedestrian lighting and more.

Hermes Honorable Mention

Additionally, Denim Marketing received an honorable mention in the online placement category for Trilogy Investment Co. and Pinnacle Partners Build-to-Rent OZ Fund.  CoStar’s article covered the firms’ plans to develop three Build-To-Rent communities in tax-advantaged opportunity zones across Georgia and Alabama. The OZ Fund seeks to grow to $60 million over a 10-year hold period.
