In appreciation for our clients, many of whom are home builders, utilities, mortgage companies, construction products or interior designers, and in an effort to cheer them on to their greatest success, Denim Marketing is proud to give back to the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA).
As a sponsor of the Greater Atlanta HBA, Denim Marketing supports several of its councils, special events and massive undertakings alike. Most notably, we are proud to be the marketing partner for the Greater Atlanta HBA’s 2018 Atlanta Parade of Homes, a three-weekend scattered-site tour of homes all around the metro Atlanta area. The Parade of Homes was developed as a collective marketing effort of the HBA. Metro Atlanta home builders are inviting home shoppers to visit model homes across nine counties. There is a wide variety of product represented from first-time homes, townhomes, age restricted neighborhoods, custom homes and more. As the official marketing partner for the 2018 Atlanta Parade of Homes, Denim Marketing created the marketing strategy for the parade that includes social media promotions, advertising, email marketing and public relations to ensure media coverage from local media outlets.
Denim Marketing also knows the importance of participating in the HBA’s committees and councils. Several of our team members, including President Carol Morgan, Senior Account Manager Courtney Rogers and Account Manager Mandy Holm, serve the Greater Atlanta HBA as volunteers. Carol serves on the Membership Committee, as well as serving as Membership Chair for NAHB. Courtney serves as the chair for the Young Professionals Group (YP), which attracts industry professionals under age 40 to participate in the HBA, and she also serves as a board member for the award-winning Atlanta Professional Women in Building Council (PWB). Mandy serves on the board of YP and is a volunteer with the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC), and she is frequently spotted helping out at their special events and encouraging others to attend.
The entire Denim Marketing team takes part in giving back to HomeAid Atlanta, the official designated charity of the Greater Atlanta HBA, by participating in HomeAid Care Days, marketing HomeAid Atlanta’s efforts on Atlanta Real Estate Forum, Atlanta’s favorite award-winning real estate blog, and by helping collect “essentials” during HomeAid Atlanta’s spring drive for homeless mothers and their babies.
Additionally, Denim Marketing supports the OBIEs as a media partner by posting all Gold winners on Atlanta Real Estate Forum. The site also promotes numerous special events hosted by the Greater Atlanta HBA including classes, chapter meetings, special events, PWB, YP and SMC’s program meetings, networking events or silent auctions and miscellaneous functions such as membership appreciation or builder speed dating events.
