President and Founder of Denim Marketing Carol Morgan is returning for the 19th consecutive year to speak at the 2025 International Builders’ Show (IBS) in February. Joined by other industry leaders for two-panel discussions on marketing, Morgan will share her expertise on building an impactful brand in the homebuilding industry and what homebuilder marketing experts really want builders to do with their marketing.

As a premier industry event presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the International Builders’ Show occurs annually to connect the residential construction industry and serve as a hub for education, construction demonstrations, product launches, panel discussions, workshops and more.

Morgan will be joined by Kelly Fink of Milesbrand and Lisa Welter of JTB Homes to present the following panel discussion session:
