Carol Morgan, founder and president of Denim Marketing, has joined the HomeAid Georgia executive board as its 2025 Vice President. Morgan joins HomeAid Georgia President Jonathan White of Meritage Homes, Treasurer Tom Bowers, president of the Lennar Atlanta Division and Secretary Ronnie Cline, who also serves as VP of construction for the Taylor Morrison Atlanta Division.
HomeAid Atlanta transitioned to HomeAid Georgia in 2024, expanding its reach to better serve individuals and organizations across the entire state. The newly installed board of officers consists of longtime HomeAid supporters.
Jonathan White, HomeAid Georgia 2025-2026 President, has served on the board since 2020. In addition to his role with Meritage Homes, he has participated in multiple Care Days, HomeAid’s annual Essentials Drive and its fundraiser golf tournament. Meritage Homes is working with HomeAid Georgia on a construction project at Gigi’s House in Clayton County. White was instrumental in launching this project, providing space for 20 teenage girls to go to school and meet with counselors.
This year’s Vice President, Carol Morgan, has regularly volunteered with HomeAid for more than 16 years. She actively participates in HomeAid marketing, Care Days, the annual Essentials Drive and other events.
“I support HomeAid’s work to build a future without homelessness because everyone should have a roof over their head and so many people facing homelessness are women and children,” said Morgan. “One of the best things about volunteering with HomeAid and serving on the board is being a part of an organization that actually makes a difference. I encourage people to support HomeAid because everyone deserves a second chance and a warm place to sleep at night.”
HomeAid Georgia 2025-2026 Treasurer, Tom Bowers joined the board in 2021 and currently serves as Lennar Atlanta Division President. Bowers and the Lennar team assisted HomeAid Georgia in 2023 with constructing Gwinnett County’s first-ever Homeowner Resource Center, in partnership with Gwinnett Housing Corporation. He also assembled a team of Lennar Atlanta workers to add nine affordable housing units for veterans and their families at the Veteran Empowerment Organization.
Taylor Morrison Atlanta Division VP Ronnie Cline joins the HomeAid Georgia board as Secretary for the 2025-2026 year. Cline has been heavily involved in HomeAid Care Days since 2015 and assists HomeAid Georgia’s nonprofit partners with construction questions and small projects. In 2024, he helped get two major projects started for the nonprofit.
