Denim Marketing thrives at creating impactful home builder marketing promotions that feel like that perfect pair—reliable and comfortable with a strategy that garners results! The key is crafting a creative promotion that reaches the target audience in an impactful way so they take action.
I’ve been looking back on our past promotions, and it struck me that these stories deserve to be told. And what better place to brag on us than this diary?!
Peachtree Residential | $20K Your Way
What is the best way to entice homebuyers to get off the fence and purchase a home in a market where interest rates are volatile and often approach 7%? Why, an incentive, of course! In 2023, Peachtree Residential requested a unique approach to grab metro Atlanta and Charlotte homebuyers’ attention and get them to peruse the builder’s inventory. Thus, the $20K Your Way campaign was born!
The purpose of this campaign was to target prospective buyers in two competitive markets and allow Peachtree Residential to stand out. Nothing catches the attention of prospective buyers in a competitive market like an incentive that moves them one stepping stone closer to the unlocking the home of their dreams.
The campaign spotlighted the home builder’s Atlanta and Charlotte inventory homes and presale opportunities, with a can’t-miss $20,000 incentive for options and upgrades, rate buydowns or price reductions.

The builder recently updated its classic logo to better reflect its branded colors, and this campaign provided an exciting way to showcase the updated logo and colors in a classic, eye-catching way.
The $20K Your Way campaign shows how an innovative strategy can produce tangible results. The gold OBIE award-winning campaign saw incredible social metrics and partnered with onsite agents to position these inventory opportunities in two competitive markets:
- 21 homes sold and counting!
- 600 quality leads generated via forms and calls.
- Blog views surged by over 61%, and
- Instagram Reach soared by 549%.
You can’t ask for better results than that! The campaign has been so successful that the builder extended it several times, bringing the 2023 campaign into 2025.
Talk of the Townhome | Traton Homes
If walls could talk, what would they say about townhomes? A growing favorite choice among homebuyers because they are typically more affordable than single-family homes and offer fantastic locations that are often walkable. Townhomes offer buyers a dazzling combination of lock-and-leave living, desirable locations, top-notch amenities and much more!
Traton Homes leaned into meeting the demand for townhomes and acted fast, planning and building not one but eight and counting townhome communities. What better way to shine a light on these new construction collections than launching the Talk of the Townhome promotion?
This promotion was the key to placing Traton Homes front and center for buyers on the hunt for homeownership and searching for an affordable path. Talk of the Townhome also provided Traton Homes an opportunity to educate today’s buyers on the benefits of townhomes.

Traton Homes went “to town” by partnering with Denim Marketing to make its communities stand out and share all the unique selling propositions (USPs) related to why townhomes are a savvy choice and the benefits of selecting townhomes as your homeownership path and lifestyle choice:
- Spacious, open designs,
- Outdoor living spaces,
- Community amenities,
- A low-maintenance lifestyle
- And prime locations!
The campaign launch featured a custom townhome logo in the Traton Homes branded colors, which became the official badge for the townhome promotion.
Community Pioneer | Interra Homes & JTB Homes
When approached by our Michigan home builder for a unique way to spotlight each community’s “first family” who chose to build a home, we instantly had a few clever ideas! The one that won the client over was the Community Pioneer.
Why launch a campaign like this? It’s an inventive way to catch the attention of prospective buyers and give them a role in growing a community. A Community Pioneer isn’t just a resident; they are one of the building blocks to growing a successful community.
The word “pioneer” was a fun spin on the community’s first family and opened the door to a lineup of creative design options, but the one our team landed on was inspired by National Parks and scouting! Denim Marketing curated a custom graphic in the shape of a badge with the builders’ branded colors, a home icon and the year the campaign was established.
Once the design was finalized, additional marketing materials, plaques email campaigns, fliers, and social graphics were created to extend the reach of the promotion.
The campaign soft launched at the end of 2024 with a blog and social graphics, with a full-scale campaign following in Q1 of 2025. As a bonus to pair with the title of Community Pioneer, each family selected will also receive a $20,000 design credit to aid in their homeownership journey.
